Local server or on-premises infrastructure, where applicable.
Internet connectivity and networking equipment.
Computers, laptops, POS terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and other required hardware.
Operating systems, third-party software, licences, and other applicable services.
MEEK Technologies Limited charges for the MEEK POS software subscription or separately agreed software-related services. Hardware, infrastructure, domain, hosting, and other third-party costs are not included in the standard software subscription unless expressly stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Customers may arrange these resources independently according to their preferences and business requirements. Alternatively, they may request technical consultation, setup, deployment, configuration, or implementation assistance from MEEK Technologies Limited. Any such assistance and associated charges will be agreed upon separately before the work begins.
The availability of a customer-owned domain or on-premises deployment is subject to technical feasibility and the company's agreement.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Electronic delivery is considered completed when the customer's account has been activated and the subscribed software service has been made available through the relevant application URL, with applicable login credentials or account access instructions provided.
For separately agreed customer-hosted or on-premises deployments, delivery will be considered completed in accordance with the agreed scope of work and the provision of the applicable software access.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that their devices and internet connection meet the applicable requirements for accessing the software.
8. Failed Payment, Delayed Activation, or Access Issues
If a customer completes registration but the payment is unsuccessful, pending, or unconfirmed, access to the full version may remain unavailable until the payment is successfully verified.
If a customer has made a successful payment but cannot access the subscribed service, the customer should contact MEEK Technologies Limited with the registered email address and relevant transaction details.
We will make reasonable efforts to verify the transaction, activate the account, and resolve the access issue.
Any applicable refund or cancellation request arising from failed delivery or activation will be handled in accordance with our published Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable terms.
9. No Physical Delivery or Standard Shipping Charges
As MEEK POS is a digital software product, standard SaaS subscriptions do not require physical delivery.
